Reverse Osteoporosis Naturally

Are you anxious to reverse osteoporosis naturally?  It
seems theOsteoporosis Bone only place to get real help for osteoporosis and osteopenia these days is on the internet or in health newsletters from integrative doctors who combine traditional medicine with new alternative discoveries.

I have heard reports from several friends that their doctors insisted that dangerous bone density drugs were their only hope of getting stronger bones and escaping the horrible consequences of osteopenia or osteoporosis.  It’s hard to imagine all the misinformation that’s out there  these days…

The medical encyclopedia on the medline plus official government website from the FDA, lists the following possible, serious side-effects
of these drugs:

  • difficulty swallowing or pain when swallowing
  • new or worsening heartburn
  • chest pain
  • itching
  • rash
  • hives
  • blisters on skin
  • swelling of the face, throat, tongue, lips, eyes, hands, feet,
    ankles, or   lower legs
  • difficulty breathing
  • hoarseness
  • swollen, red, or painful eyes
  • sensitivity to light
  • painful or swollen gums
  • loosening of the teeth
  • numbness or heavy feeling in the jaw
  • poor healing of the jaw.

For the last two on that list, your dentist may be better informed than your medical doctor as he may have seen first hand the necrosis (death) of the jaw bone. That condition is not only painful, but may involve having to have the entire jawbone replaced with titanium or some other  metal.

In, 7 Secrets to Reverse Osteopenia or Osteoporosis. discover a safe all natural way to strengthen and heal bones without dangerous  drugs or their  side-effects.

  6. osteoporosis can be alleviated by taking lots of calcium and magnesium supplements.”.

  7. when you reach the 40′s you need to take calcium supplements to prevent Osteoporosis–:

  8. health says:

I have not seen any research to support that statement about Vitamin A. From everything I have studied, the main cause of osteoporosis is a diet that is deficient in the necessary nutrients and lack of exercise rather than age.

  9. health says:

It has never been documented that too much vitamin A or aging can cause osteoporosis.
I am 83 years old and have no signs of osteoporosis.

  10. health says:

You should never take calcium supplements without also taking other vitamins and minerals to
help the calcium be deposited in your bones. Please read my ebook, 7 Secrets to Prevent or Reverse Osteoporosis and Osteopenia to learn why.
